護潤德養老護理中心-春分養生小常識

      春季是陽氣生發,飲食要以清淡為主,要多吃時令蔬菜,如韭菜、芹菜、豆苗、蒜苗、春筍、菠菜、萵苣、木耳菜、油菜等。另外,春分時節講究清補,不適合大量肥甘油膩食物進補,多吃一些健脾益氣的甘味食品,即山藥、薏米、大棗、小黃米等。


      春季要順應陽氣生發的規律,要按時睡眠,早睡早起。春分時節,陰陽平和,建議中午也要小憩一會兒,解除疲勞。但這個節氣天氣仍會忽冷忽熱的情況,要注意下厚上薄,一定要注意保暖。
